iskra studio does not collect personal information. There is no account creation, no login, no email, and no name. iskra studio does not request access to your device's location. If your photos already contain location data in their EXIF metadata, that data stays with your photo and is stored locally on your device. It is never uploaded or shared.

iskra studio includes a Share Extension and Action Extension that let you import photos from other apps. When you share a photo that already exists in your library, iskra studio references the original without creating a duplicate. Photos imported from other sources (such as messaging apps or the Files app) are saved to your photo library so you can access them later. Temporary files used during import are deleted immediately.

iskra studio requires access to your camera roll in order to open and edit your photos. When you first use the app, you choose whether to grant full access or select specific photos. This choice is managed by iOS and can be changed at any time in your device's Settings. Your photos are never uploaded, copied to external servers, or accessed outside of the editing process. Everything stays on your device.

Some features in iskra studio use machine learning to analyze your photos. Flashback tool uses a depth estimation model to understand the structure of your image, and Apple's Vision framework to detect faces. All of this runs entirely on your device. No images, depth maps, or analysis results are ever sent anywhere. The models work offline with no internet connection required.

iskra studio uses TelemetryDeck, a privacy-first analytics service, to understand how the app is used. TelemetryDeck collects anonymous usage signals like which features are popular, how often the app is opened, and basic device information such as device model, OS version, and app version.

This data cannot identify you. TelemetryDeck does not use advertising identifiers, does not track you across apps, and does not build user profiles. You can learn more at telemetrydeck.com.

If you submit a bug report through the app, the email is pre-filled with basic diagnostic information: app version, build number, device model, iOS version, and an anonymous identifier. You can review, edit, or delete any of this before sending. Bug reports are sent via your device's mail app. iskra studio has no backend that receives them directly.

If you sign up for the newsletter on iskrastudio.co, your email address is used only to send occasional updates about the app. You can unsubscribe at any time.

iskra studio offers an auto-renewable annual subscription managed entirely by Apple through the App Store. iskra studio does not process payments, does not see your payment details, and does not store any billing information. Apple's privacy policy governs all payment data.

iskra studio uses TelemetryDeck for anonymous usage analytics. You can learn more about how TelemetryDeck handles data at telemetrydeck.com. Apple handles subscription management, App Store distribution, and crash diagnostics. No other third-party services are used.

iskra studio does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under 13. Since no personal data is collected, no special provisions are needed. If you believe otherwise, please get in touch.

Depending on where you live, you may have specific rights regarding your data.

If you are in the EU or EEA, the GDPR gives you the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to object to processing. Since iskra studio collects no personal data, these rights are effectively satisfied by design. If you have questions, reach out anytime.

If you are in California, iskra studio does not sell your personal information and does not share it for targeted advertising. You have the right to know what data is collected, to request deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

If your region grants other data protection rights, iskra studio respects them. Reach out with any requests.

Anonymous analytics data is retained by TelemetryDeck according to their retention policy. Since iskra studio collects no personal data, there is nothing to delete on this end.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at iskrastudio.co/privacy. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
