iskra studio is a photo editing app for iOS. It gives you tools to develop your photos. Adjust exposure, apply effects like Bloom, Halation, and Flashback, work with presets, and export your edits. Everything happens on your device.

iskra studio offers a free 3-day trial. After the trial, a subscription is required to continue using the app. The first year costs €9.99 and renews at €19.99 per year after that.

Your subscription is managed by Apple through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings under Apple ID and Subscriptions.

Prices may vary by region based on Apple's pricing tiers. Any unused portion of the free trial is forfeited once a paid subscription begins.

Your photos are yours. iskra studio does not claim any rights to the images you edit. The app processes everything locally. Your photos are never uploaded, stored, or accessed by iskra studio or any third party.

Use iskra studio for its intended purpose: editing photos. Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute any part of the app. Don't use it in ways that violate applicable laws.

iskra studio, including its design, code, effects, presets, and brand identity, is protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app. It does not transfer ownership of any part of iskra studio to you.

iskra studio is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The goal is to deliver a reliable, high-quality experience, but iskra studio does not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet every specific expectation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iskra studio and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months before any claim.

These terms may be updated. The current version will always be available at iskrastudio.co/terms. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict of law provisions. For EU residents, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country apply where they offer greater protection.

Your use of iskra studio is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available here. If there is a conflict between these terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA takes precedence for matters within Apple's scope.
